Funny how we forget HOW to transform ourselves in an instant
Nervous system on high, triggers upon triggers…
Not to mention the stories we tell ourselves that keep us locked in a cave WE BUILT.
But the simple fact is that in every single moment we have the power to choose.
I know it doesn’t feel like that sometimes.
We get to the end of an outburst or upset and only then think, “why did I do/say that?”
But that’s the name of the game.
That’s what there is for us to learn.
To catch it before it takes off into lala land where you and sleeping beast collide.
Like an airplane about to take off and Keano Reeves races down the runway to stop it.
We can be our own Keanu Reeves
We have the power to learn and understand our triggers and we alone have the power to interrupt them and create something NEW.
YUP. It’s not always easy but it IS always worth the fuss.
And fuss or not when and why did we become so complacent to who we think we are beyond the already always programming of our minds?
I for one intend to continue to alter the future I walk into as we speak.
I for one intend to continue to BECOME in each moment a consciously created version of me.
I for one intend to accomplish what I say I will no matter the if’s, and’s, or but’s.
And because once again I stand here allowing words to flow out on digital paper, I proclaim the power I have in each moment to create every room I walk into.
I create myself.
I create the people around me.
I create in every second of every minute of every hour of every day.
But don’t you wish you could stop forgetting this simple truth?
Yeah, me too!
Well then let’s choose to not forget ever again and put structures in place to hold ourselves accountable because the beginning has just begun.
We’ve allowed enough of our own stuckness,
DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT
And that’s just IT.
Responsibility.
We haven’t, I haven’t, been responsible for myself in the ways that matter.
It’s a missing and damn well deserved input of active creativity if I do say so myself.
Being responsible like nobody’s business is a sure fire way to have life work.
Relationships work, money works, the business idea WORKS.
All inside of being responsible for everything, anything, all of it, that you are creating and who you’re being.
I speak not only for you but for me.
I have played the victim and it ain’t pretty.
I have played the struggle bus and it’s time to get off once again.
Life isn’t even close to over and what is already good is getting better.
And you know, when real peace rolls in and all else falls away, that’s something special.
That’s something to be sought after.
Not likes on a post.
Not views on a video.
Not commas in the bank account.
Real solid peace of mind followed by fulfillment and joy
That’s who I am. That’s who I am CONSCIOUSLY CREATING myself as.
Funny how we don’t always think we can do it, but we can.
Forge the way for those of us who can’t find the light.
Walk the path that not everyone walks.
Musings shared along the way.
I suppose that’s what I’m doing here.
Because I am a powerful creator of all things I desire.
I cause things to come into existence.
And when you’re a person like that, you can also create what you don’t want.
Catch 22, double edge sword, I guess.
But all the more reason to STAY AWAKE.
Stay awake.
